In case of a breakdown and/or malfunctions in your room, or possible dissatisfaction with the service received, please notify the Reception immediately.
Please take care of room invetory. The cost of rectifying Hotel’s property or structure damaged by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guests, will be charged to the guests’ invoice or credit card.
If you had a bad experience during your stay in Hotel VELIKI and would like to make a complaint, the first point of contact should be the Hotel Front Office/Reception.
Should you wish to take your complaint further, please ask for the Hotel Manager.

Hotel VELIKI reserves the right to delete, amend or modify the arrangements featured on the Hotelvelikinovisad.com site at any time and without prior notice.
Public parking is available at a location nearby (reservation is not possible). A parking fee is EUR 0.50/per hour.
Hotel garage is available at the cost of EUR 5/per day (reservation is possible).
Hotel Veliki welcomes pets. If you are travelling for business or pleasure, take advantage of our pet friendly setting and bring a pet along. We will be happy to accommodate your little companion.
Let us know what else we can do to enhance your stay with your pet. We want you both to feel at home. 10 Eur pet fee charged per day.
Hotel Veliki is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. Hotel Veliki Front Office offers a safety deposit box facility.
Hotel Veliki keeps detailed records of all ‘found’ items, and will make a reasonable effort to contact the guest if an item is left in the hotel’s guest room after the guest has checked-out which will be placed in our Lost & Found safety box. We will ship items back at the owner’s expense. Any items in the Lost & Found, which are not claimed within ninety (90) days, will be donated to a local charity or discarded.
Guests can check in hotel Veliki from 14:00 h and check out until 11:00 h .
Early check-ins are subject to prior reservations and room availability. Hotel Veliki can accommodate guest luggage complimentary in a secure location until the guest room is ready.
Late check-out until 1:00 pm may be available upon request, but is subject to availability and upcoming reservations. Check-out past 1:00 pm will be subject to late check-out fee of 20 Eur . This is the price of daily stay. (cena dnevnog boravka )
Exceeding check-out times without notifying the front desk in advance can result in extra charges, including late check-out fees being applied to your bill. For any check out after 7pm, a full night rate will be charged.
Hotel Veliki requires your credit card information to secure your reservation. It guarantees your hotel room until your arrival date. Your credit card will not be charged before your arrival unless the hotel requires a prepayment or a deposit. The reservation is guaranteed with your credit card. All reservations can be cancelled at least 3 days before your arrival without any charge. If the reservation is cancelled later, your credit card will be charged for one night’s stay at the hotel. If canceled on the day of arrival the whole amount of reservation will be charged.
What is Prepayment reservation ?
Prepayment or deposit is required if the guest books a hotel room for period longer than 5 days.
A prepayment guaranteed reservation requires payment in full and should be made before the day of arrival.
What is an advance deposit guaranteed reservation
An advance deposit guaranteed reservation (or partial prepayment) requires the guest to furnish a specified amount of money in advance of arrival. The deposit is 30 % of full amount, but may be larger if the reservation is for a longer stay.
Reservations awaiting a deposit must still have a credit card on file to guarantee.

In order to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible, please observe the following:
Only individuals who have registered at the Front Desk may use the accommodations at Hotel Veliki.
Check-in is after 2:00 pm. Please leave your room by 11:00 am on the day of departure. Staying in the room after 11:00 am will cause additional charges. Please notify the Front Desk of a late departure no later than 9:00 am on the day of departure.
Please inform the Front Desk at least one day in advance if you wish to extend your stay.
In case of a longer stay, the bill is paid every 5 days and the remaining amount at the time of departure. The hotel bill may be paid by cash or credit card.
Drinks from the mini-bar will be charged according to the drink menu found in each room. The bill will be paid at the Front Desk.
Make sure your room door has been locked prior to departure. Although recommended, you do not need to leave the keys to your room at the Front Desk. Please return the keys to your room at check-out. Loss of room keys will be charged.
Make sure you have all your belongings prior to departure. Forgotten items will be sent to your address only at your request. Forgotten items will be kept for a period of 90 days after which time they will be handled according to regulations.
The Hotel shall not be held liable for the disappearance of your valuables, money and documents if they have not been left in the hotel safe at the Front Desk.
Please do not make noise that could disturb other guests in their rooms, corridors and communal areas of the Hotel, especially between the hours of 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
Visitors to rooms must register at the Front Desk with a valid I.D. card. Visits are permitted until 8:00 pm, if the visit continues after 8:00 pm there will be an additional charge per person, per night, for each extra person.
Highly flammable or explosive materials, weapons, as well as objects with a foul odor are not permitted anywhere on the Hotel premises.
In accordance with the Law on the Restriction of Tobacco Product Use, smoking is prohibited in public and enclosed spaces where so indicated. A fine has been determined for violation of the above Law.
Washing and drying clothes in the rooms is prohibited. Please contact the Front Desk to inquire about this service.
Breakfast will be served every day from 8:00 am to 11:00 am.
Cooking, or any kind of food preparation, is not permitted in the rooms.
Appropriate attire is required when visiting our restaurant.
Appropriate attire is required in communal areas of the Hotel (inappropriate attire: pajamas, underwear, bathing suit, etc.) Clothes must be worn at all times while in the communal areas of the Hotel.
The Hotel has 3 parking spaces. In case the guests decide to use parking, the Hotel bears no responsibility for the safety of their vehicles. The price of overnight parking is EUR 5 in dinar countervalue including VAT. Please notify us in advance should you require a parking space.
Pets are allowed at the Hotel. Animals are permitted with prior notification and a fee (EUR 10 in dinar countervalue) and respect of house rules. In this case, please observe the ban on pets in the catering facilities, as well as leaving pets unattended in communal areas.
Please report any irregularity or defect to the room, or dissatisfaction with service provided, to the Front Desk immediately.
Please take care of inventory and equipment in the room. All intentional damage caused during your stay will be charged to you.
Before leaving the room please make sure you have turned off the water in the bathroom.
Guests have the option of placing a “DO NOT DISTURB” sign on their door. The Hotel rule states that this sign will be observed for a period of 24 hours after which the HOTEL reserves the right to enter the room, for security and safety reasons, in order to verify the state of the room and the guest.
All possible complaints received from individuals, agencies or contractual guests will only be taken into consideration if made during the stay at the Hotel. Subsequent complaints will not be accepted.
Room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels, etc.) is for your use during your stay at our Hotel and its removal from the same is not permitted.
Please personally sign all bills for hotel services.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire Hotel. The password can be obtained at the Front Desk.
